Supply of your Building
Hawker Modular provide bespoke modular buildings to suit any situation, we work with our clients to develop the building specification to suit their needs and budget.
Design of your Building
Hawker Modular will carry out all required design works in line with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) plan of work methodology. We will ensure your building adheres to all the relevant regulations, building bulletins and guidance that are applicable to your project.
Planning & Building Control
Hawker Modular can manage any required planning and building control applications or we can work collaboratively with you and/or your consultants to achieve this if required.
Principle Contractor
We will take the role of Principal Contractor to ensure the project runs smoothly and more importantly all Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality (SHEQ) requirements are managed appropriately. Providing one point of contact for delivering the project.
Building Maintenance
We like the buildings we install and they are designed to last. We can take care of them for you, from a basic yearly check to comprehensive maintenance packages your investment is safe with us.
