The Brief
The driving factor for this project was speed.
The school required a replacement building as their existing facility was beyond economic repair.
They required the existing building to be demolished and the new building installed, all during the Easter holidays.
Two classrooms, toilets and cloak area with a small foot print was the basic brief.
The Solution
We offered our Base specification standard twin classroom added the required number of toilets.
This provided the best chance of meeting the programme. We arranged the required tree survey and ground investigation, produced a foundation design whilst the building was being manufactured.
The site was handed to us at the start of the Easter Holidays and in 14 days we handed the site back to the school with their new building ready for occupation.
