The Brief
A full SEN specification was provided for this building by our client, this included all the requirements of the end user and how they needed to interact with the pupils and eachother.
The College also required an improved access road to the new building, this needed to offer a dedicated vehicle access to the building with parking spaces whilst maintaining its current status as a Fire Engine access route.
The Solution
With a very comprehensive specification space was always going to be a problem. With good communication a layout utilising folding partitions to provide a flexible space was the best option.
Brick and timber cladding with a feature roof gives a traditional look to this modular building.
