The Brief
The client faced an urgent challenge when their intake of SEN pupils doubled.
Recognising the critical need for a safe and modern learning environment, Hawkers swiftly responded to the school's requirements. Our team efficiently managed the design, build and installation of the modular building and all associated ground works over the summer holiday period. A 12 bay building with three classrooms and sensory rooms was handed over ready for the new term.
The Solution
The project presented various challenges, including a three week completion period from landing the building to the start of the new term. Despite these obstacles and tight programme the Hawker team demonstrated exceptional problem solving skills and adaptability.
The new facility comprising of 12 bays was meticulously designed, manufactured and installed by our expert team. Although the timeline was extremely tight, Hawkers successfully delivered and commissioned the new classroom block ensuring a high quality, safe learning space for the students. This project not only showcases our ability to meet urgent educational needs, but also shows our commitment to providing superior learning environments for growing communities
