The Brief
Hawker Modular were asked to provide a sports changing facility with two separate changing rooms, toilets and wash hand basins. Each room had to have two entrances, one clean and one dirty along with level access. The rooms had to be functional with bench seating with hooks, easy clean walls and vinyl flooring.
Externally the cladding had to be hard wearing as the front is on a main thoroughfare and the rear is directly onto the sports field.
The Solution
We proposed a 4 bay back to back module layout, this allowed us to mirror the layout and provide two identical changing rooms.
Wipeable walls and vinyl flooring offer a functional space with bench seating. The central toilet area helped keep the service runs to a minimum.
